SUMMARY OF BINARY CHANGES:

1.  utiltrap: 
	Updated in msbp_000229_001122_xx.lzh files but somehow missed the
	Bundle_001122.  If you applied the patch above, you are probably fine,
	applying the latest patch won't do any harm.  The updated utiltrap
	seems to fix rare aqsample deaths on event detections.

2. webserv: 
	Q4120/730 would reboot under Code Red denial of service attacks.  This
	is less responsive to port 80 connections.  Also fix some needless
	verbosity in message log caused by plot requests.

3. procmon:
	Affects Q680 systems only.  A code error caused the procmon to not
	effect an sreboot on some systems when watchdog is set to short.

SUMMARY OF CONFIG CHANGES:

1.  MSCFG010629 cfg files:

    a.  Keymacros:  
	Altered quotes on LCQGEN_HB1 key to allow "comfr=2 clev=1".
	Added A_CHANNEL_TEMP to $CALBOARD_A.
	Added macro $COMPRIOS_NOM_ZFIRST to send comp 1 at higher prio 
		than 2 3.
	Altered 4MEGRAM, 6MEGRAM, 8MEGRAM to scale back B M L event buffers.
	Altered 200MBDISK, 400MBDISK, 1GBDISK, 2GBDISK, 4GBDISK for
		B_EREC, M_EREC, L_EREC.
	Altered SET_STYLE_DET_ID to fix _th detector name.

    b.  aqcfg_1:    
	Altered mlcq_th for _th detector name.

    c.  techdump_1:
	Altered tape -r to be tapestat.

    d.  cfgfilelist: 
	Altered to reflect filesystem change of MASTER/*_1 to DEFAULT/*_1.

2.  Relocated template files.  

    a.  Quanterra supported files previously located in users NETWORKS
	directory now relocated to /h0/MSHEAR/CFG/NETWORKS/DEFAULT.

	To utilize the new versions, copy the script _cleardir from
	MSHEAR/CFG/NETWORKS/MASTER to the netdir directory (e.g.,
	/h0/MSHEAR/CFG/NETWORKS/BOSAI) and run _cleardir.  This will remove
	old files like keymacros, aqcfg_1, aqgo_1 from this directory,
	allowing the more recent versions in NETWORKS/DEFAULT to take effect.
	The netdir directory is left with, typically; usermacros.network,
	userinfo.network, and hosts

    b.	Added /h0/set_startup a sh script to copy startup_choose1 to startup
	and set the system type to the previous setting if no systype is
	supplied, or to the type specified.
