MINFO
      Creates an ascii version of information from .MEM files.  Information
      is output to a specified output file. In interactive mode, the program
      prompts for cusp_ids after the output file is specified. In file input
      mode, the program prompts first for a listing filename containing text
      lines of the form produced by the command: "ls -1 *.mem >list"
      where each line is the name of a .mem file (must have an "x" and ".")
      All ascii conversions of the input are concatenated to the output file.
