	This is a VERY long file.
TA.channel.summary.day		(dates in year/month/day format)
TA.channel.summary.day		(dates in year,doy format)
	Channel summary for each data channel for TA network.
	Channels may appear multiple times if the response changes.
TA.contents
	Table of Contents of the TA dataless SEED volume.
TA.dataless.seed
	Dataless SEED volume containing complete response information
	for all stations and channel for the TA network.
TA.responses
	Directory containing ascci response files for each station and channel.
TA.stations
	List of stations and channels in the TA network.

Scripts:
	extract.all
		Extract all of the information listed above from the
		dataless SEED volume.
	extract.channel.summary
		Extract the data for TA.channel.summary from the 
		TA.channel.info file.
