The Northern California Earthquake Data Center has reorganized its directory structure for EarthScope Plate Boundary Observatory (PBO) raw and processed strain data in accordance with standards established by the Plate Boundary Observatory, operated by UNAVCO, Inc.

The new directory structure places all data for PBO strain site within a directory named for the site. Data are further divided into yearly directories, and for raw data, into daily directories. The following table provides top level links to each type of data.

PBO Data Type
URL
Raw borehole strain data /pbo/strain/raw/bsm/
Raw laser strain /pbo/strain/raw/lsm/
Processed borehole strain data /pbo/strain/procssed/bsm/
Processed laser strain data /pbo/strain/processed/lsm/

strain data at the NCEDC can be found at the NCEDC PBO strain data page.

The NCEDC is a joint project of the University of California, Berkeley and the USGS, with facilities located at the University of California, Berkeley. Please send us email at ncedcinfo@ncedc.org or fill out our comments form if you have questions or comments about these changes.
